I'm here to help you understand your child's brain, be able to translate what their behaviour is trying to communicate and know confidently what to do to support them most effectively in the moment.
What I’ve learned from 12+ years’ experience supporting neurodivergent children and their families around the world is this: strategies don’t work if you don’t have the capacity to use them in the moment.
I’ve been there — knowing what to do in theory, but too overwhelmed to do it (nothing like being kicked by your child to make you feel dysregulated - I've been there). That’s why my approach goes beyond tips and tools. I focus on building your emotional capacity first — so you can actually use what you learn when you most need it.
I created a unique model to help exhausted parents feel more confident, connected, and calm in the face of big emotions and daily challenges. Because in order to support your child, we need to support you too.
